The end of the third season of Hannah Montana leaves Miley with a big question: Does she want to continue to have the best of both worlds, or choose only one? She’s feeling homesick for Tennessee, but her school and friends are in California. Lilly is now living with her, brother Jackson has a place of his own. One thing’s is certain, no matter what choice Miley makes, things won’t be the same in season four.

The two part season finale, “Miley Says Goodbye” is just one, uh, or two of the episodes on this DVD along with a nice select ion of other key episodes from the series. In addition to “You Never Give Me My Money” and “Papa’s Got a Brand New Friend,” there’s Promma Mia with guest star American Idol’s David Archuleta who even sings a duet with Miley.

The two part episode “He Could Be the One” sees the return of Jake Ryan, Miley’s on again off again love interest over the years. But Miley finds herself attracted to someone else as well. Who will she choose?

This a is a good place to talk about the BONUS FEATURES because there is a… HE COULD BE THE ONE – ALTERNATE ENDING. It’s kind of a novelty because it’s usually movies that have alternate endings on DVDs, not TV shows. After seeing the hour long special, it’s fun to see a different way the episode might have ended.

The HANNAH’S HIGHLIGHTS: “YOU NEVER GIVE ME MY MONEY!” features a very pretty trivia track during the episode. The pop up facts range from just silly trivia about whatever the character is talking about to some pretty interesting stuff about the show and performers. .

SISTER SECRETS (8:05) features Miley’s real-life sister, Brandi, goes behind the scenes for a fun look at the cast of Hannah Montana. Who’s the most fun cast member to work? Who’s the biggest flirt? Do they have any weird phobias? What are some their most embarrassing moments? The answers to all that and more are on this disc.
